Our Conference Center is ready
for your public or private functions
SAM's LL Bean Room (shown above in a recent workshop) is our largest room in the conference center and features 1500 square feet of meeting space with an A/V system equal to the best in the Capitol area. A stone fireplace also graces the open and airy space. We can seat between 80 and 108, depending upon the configuration of the seating. Three smaller rooms host up to 25 people each and are often used for break-out rooms when large conferences and meetings are held in the LL Bean Room. Wi-fi and teleconferencing are available in all our rooms.

Driving Directions to the SAM Headquarters
at 205 Church Hill Road, Augusta, Maine 04330
From North or South: Driving on I-95 take Exit 113. It is a new exit that directs all traffic East on Route 3. Follow Rt. 3 straight through three (3) lights. At the fourth light, take a left. We are the third business on the right: a long, log-sided building with a large parking lot.
From coastal Route 3: If you approach Augusta via Rts. 3, 9W and 202 from the Belfast direction, watch for these businesses: Rocky’s Stove Shop and then La Pointe Lumber. There is a set of lights immediately after LaPointe’s. Turn right at this set of lights. SAM is the 3rd business on the right: a long, log-sided building with a large parking lot.
From coastal Route 17: If you approach Augusta via Route 105, watch for Rebecca’s Restaurant on the left as you approach Augusta. Shortly after Rebecca’s there is a set of lights. Turn right at these lights onto the Cony Road. Go straight through two sets of lights and watch for the SAM building on the right, after the third set of lights (after crossing Route 3).
From coastal Route 105: If you approach from Camden direction, following Route 105, watch for the Bolton Hill Road on the right. Passing that, you come along to the Hatch Hill Road in a bit less than two (2) miles. Go past Hatch Hill Road and in two (2) miles you will come to lights. Turn right onto Church H ill Road. Go straight through the next set of lights and watch for the SAM building on your right, the third business from the corner of Rt. 3 and Church Hill Road.
From the West via Rts. 17 and 202: Coming into Augusta from the West, come right in to Memorial Circle and turn on the second right which takes you across Memorial Bridge to Cony Circle. Take the third right off Cony Circle onto Routes 9 and 202. Go to the second light and turn right. Caution: This is a residential area with 30 mph speed limits. When you hit Route 3 at the lights, turn right, go to the next set of lights and turn left. The SAM building is the third business on the right.
